Core terms
PWLOL provides third-party consulting, coaching, duo support, review, and training-plan services. These services do not represent any game publisher, regional operator, or official tournament organizer.
Users remain responsible for following the rules of their platform and game environment. The team will not accept requests that violate law, platform policy, or explicit game rules.
Refund and rescheduling communication
If you need to change the schedule before a session starts, contact the advisor as early as possible. Refunds, reschedules, or partial compensation depend on the actual order terms and the communication record.
Delays caused by network quality, time-zone conflicts, or user absence are handled case by case based on the real delivery context.
